Our annual Hospitality Night is one we look forward to hosting and celebrating with you every year!

Join us for live music, entertainment, games, and more food and drink choices than you can consume in one evening!

With your health and safety top of mind, we've created an event that is going to be like no other. With plenty of room to mingle, there will be two floors of endless fun for you to explore.

**Please Note: There is an age limit of 21+

to enter the venue.

TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE WHO ARE TRAVELING/ATTENDING AUTOMATION FAIR WITH THE INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS NETWORK LOCATIONS.

Explore the fun and history within the Field Museum! Search out all the fun experiences that could be around any corner!

FOOD & DRINKS

Come hungry, we'll have food and drink stations positioned throughout the space with menu selections designed to give you a taste of the unique flavors of Chicago!

GAMES & ACTIVITES

We will have fun games & activities throughout the venue just waiting for you! Be sure to explore the whole venue to see them all!

LIVE MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

After a long day at the show, we’ve brought together musical acts and live entertainment performances guaranteed to give you a burst of energy. Each space has a different sound, so be sure to explore to hear them all.

Transportation

Transportation to & from the Field Museum continuously:

5:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Stops will include:

Marriott Chicago Downtown Mag Mile, Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, & the Hilton Triplex ( Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, & Home 2 Suites).

Important Details

To ensure everyone has a wonderful experience please check out the information below:

-The venue is requiring every attendee to be 21+ years of age. Please bring your ID.

-Backpacks will NOT BE ALLOWED.

-There will be NOT be a bag check available.

-High heels will NOT be allowed on the ice.

Ticket Information

Customers attending The Automation Fair as part of one of our travel packages will receive their tickets for this event via email approximately one week prior. Simply scan the QR code in the email at the door from your mobile device using one of the Kiosks at the event entrance.
